Is MAGIC good for beginners?

Perfect for all levels. It recommends workouts based on your fitness, with safe training guidance via our proprietary ReflectAI®—advanced computer vision tracking for 1:1 support.

What content does the Mirror offer?
- 4-week programs: 3-4 weekly workouts led by pro athletes/trainers, with ReflectAI™ live feedback, rep-counting, and personalized form correction.
- One-off classes: 15/30/45-minute sessions (HIIT, core, cardio, conditioning).
- Coming soon: Yoga, pilates, meditation, plus sports like football, golf, tennis, boxing (with celebrity athletes).
How does MAGIC give personalized form feedback?

ReflectAI® (computer vision tech, similar to self-driving cars) uses an invisible embedded camera to track your form. It identifies correct/incorrect movements, gives feedback, and counts reps—covering nearly 400 exercises.

Can the Mirror be wall-mounted?

Yes. It includes a detachable stand (wall-leaning) and wall-mount bracket. Not free-standing (for camera tracking).

Smart Dumbbells: Max weight?

Each adjusts 2-32kg (2kg increments, twist handle). Pair for max 64kg; use your own for more.

How many user accounts?

Up to 5, each with personalized dashboard and metrics.

What an absolutely phenomenal piece of kit. Exceeded all expectations and with the gym membership now stopped, the economics works out too! Workouts are perfect given the clear instructions and despite the 'cramped' space we have in the loft-you don't need a lot of space by the way, exercises are going well. Just bring motivation and willpower-these areeasy to come by with the intuitive and simple way the mirror works.

This is the perfect solution for me and I am really enjoying working out with it daily. I can honestly say I'm delighted with the mirror the bench and weights
